Looks like the Cloaked Network (by nostr:nprofile1qqs0hamyk5zvduzdwcgjqalsalr88t90vw0c5d3y292tygphq20xkwg49sudj) is official

This service uses http/3 (quic) tunneling and allows anyone to run a node and earn chaumian sats for tunneling traffic

Not only that, it's a full blown replacement for TOR and traditional VPN offerings

Backed by Back and other heavyweights (Calle included)

Cloaked (cypherpunk eSIM provider) is building an anonymous Internet mixnet as a replacement for Tor which will allow users to pay with and node operators to earn Bitcoin.

Services like this require p2p payments with incredible privacy and instant settlement which is why they chose to build on Cashu.

Flare.pub would be the Nostr native youtube replacement, though you'd need hosting for it (I think blossom works there?). Otherwise, Rumble tends to be a friendlier centralized platform, for now.

The website is still a draft. Hopefully we can publish a beta release for brave testers soon.

TollGates come with VPN clients to protect operators who interface with fiat ISPs from the traffic. However, I am in favor of not including a VPN server in the release to steer clear of the "tor exit node" controversies.

Fortunately, someone else is working on tooling that sells access to an IP address for SATs, so TollGate operators can use that if they want to operate a VPN server as well:
