That's what I love about nostr. I'm in control. All notifications are on off by default like my phone has been for years now :)
But I get that chirping, ringing and vibrating is too embeded in people's genes nowadays.

My use case is less phone dinging and more having a place I can see all my notifications. This note you posted for example did not show in my notifications tab on Amethyst but I could see it in the list of pokey notifications. That how I knew you had written it.
I don't want my phone to be buzzing or dinging either but I do want to make sure I don't miss any interactions because my client does not tell me about it.
