Those look like the old IBM keyboards, which were hands down the best for typing.

All my Dell Precision Workstations have those things. Maybe I should learn to use them.
I’ve designed my nixos desktop and desktop software to not need a mouse, but when I do its nice that i don’t have to leave the homerow. Taking my hands off the keyboard is a huge context switch.
