🤔 I'm going off of outside observation but yes... but if it's consensual that changes the dynamic. Not sure how many would consent to that once the novelty wears away & pharmaceutical companies discover nostr... it sounds more like a cool fan club/superchat/blue check type privilege to me than a functional ad model in the long term.
Advertising is inevitable. Shame there isn't a way to foster & reward passive & organic behavior with it. Maybe eventually
