The solution is to allow people to be free to solve each other's problems in whatever way works best for those who have problems they need solved. Decentralization increases competition & the number of options people have, increasing the number of options places checks on the power of any one group, which ultimately reduces corruption & results in more voluntary relationships, which means people primarily get rich to the benefit of others rather than at their expense. Reducing options & increasing govt control does the exact opposite.
