Sir, you must have linked your Alby Account to the Hub, with NWC authorizations. You can turn them off and customize to your convenience.
These e-mails are sent automatically, also at your wish, set up at getalbycom dashboard.
In fact, noone at Alby cares about your data, and you are free to leverage any privacy tools to conceive any sensible information.

This screen is from the Hub, where you edit the NWC permissions. The e-mails can be customized at getalbycom dashboard. We are working on implementing more granular permissions as to when getalbycom listens to the Hub and what is being tracked, but that requires some time.
Feel free to contribute to the code or fork it and make Hub even more privacy focused!
I must be missing it. There’s a permission screen in the AlbyHub windows app? I don’t see it.
There’s an Alby Account Settings option, but that just opens a web page and I end up in CAPTCHA hell.
