I wash them separately. diapers go through a pre wash to get most of the urine and soiling out. then it goes through a hot main wash to make them very clean.

This sounds like a nightmare.

you must have a very soft, easy life if you consider washing diapers a nightmare 😆

Maybe, fair. But… these things ought to be compostable.

with cloth diapers, there are 100% natural materials like wool, cotton and hemp. those will break down back into the planet eventually. better than disposables anyway

My mom used cloth diapers and I remember watching her thinking this is the best we can come up with? We have 3d printers, can’t we just print disposables with bamboo fiber or something? Anyway, I’ll have to think on it.

cloth diapers have come a long way since her days.

I'd imagine the time it takes to 3d print a diaper takes longer than the amount of time it takes for a baby to go through one, lol.

Yeah, babies are no good. What were you thinking

nice. sounds like so much work compared to disposables but you get to feel good saving money and putting less into landfills. single use diapers have alot of non-biodegradeable material in them usually. thanks for sharing
