right? my biggest hurdle is how do you build new houses if bitcoin is everyone’s medium of exchange.
if we use fiat for fun it works but how do i get 5 bitcoin to build a house that will cost 1 when its finished

You don't get 5 bitcoin. you work and save and then you either build as cheaply as possibly quickly or you build quality in long drawn out phases, like the kings of old, saving your most expensive aspects for the end when they are cheaper.
