I am much more relaxed here too. I feel much more like I am selecting things to think about rather than having them pushed into my head.
Indeed, algorithms are societal mind control.
I feel much less stressed out and angry since shutting down all of my prior social media accounts, other than #nostr.
I don’t miss them at all… not even a little bit.
Although unplugging from them (especially X) felt like breaking off a powerful addiction.
