You or someone from your family was born in China?

I was born in Hong Kong.

How it's like? english is your mother tongue? or both english and mandarin (because there is no such thing as "chinese," right?)

Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong so that was my first language and what I speak with my family. I don’t know Mandarin. English is my primary language, though, since I grew up in Canada.

Very interesting.

It's hard to find good information about Hong Kong, even regarding simple things like the actual language.

Thanks for sharing.
