Never heard of this proverb before. You are a fucking legend for getting up so early and especially without an alarm. How much sleep do you get?

6-8 hours. still a natural wake time even if i don’t get that many hours of sleep

Your body knows how much sleep it needs. That’s an amazing start for the day, gotta start doing it myself🫶🫶
