no alarm. natural wake up at 5-6am. proverbs 31:15

Never heard of this proverb before. You are a fucking legend for getting up so early and especially without an alarm. How much sleep do you get?

6-8 hours. still a natural wake time even if i don’t get that many hours of sleep
