Can you name one animal on earth where two individuals of that species have a different optimal diet?

The answer is...👇👇👇

...No.

Some plant-eaters get extremely stuck on this fallacy that "Everyone is different, I feel great eating plants," when in reality they're capping themselves at an extremely low bar, as they have no idea what it feels like to have ZERO plant toxins clogging up their bodily systems.

The tragedy is that these people have been so deeply indoctrinated by their favorite Netflix documentary that they are mentally incapable of connecting the dots between the health deterioration they're experiencing, and the food they're ingesting. They are so wholly convinced that fruits & vegetables are the healthiest thing you can eat, that they've never once considered this human-indigestible plant fiber may in fact be the INSTIGATOR causing their digestive woes, mental health degredation, skin problems, hormonal irregularity, etc.

They think they're doing good for nature, because that's what Netflix told them. But the reality is they are giving the middle finger to nature, because they aren't eating the food we are specifically designed to (ideally exclusively) eat: fatty red meat.

Stop disrespecting nature, and your place in it. Try the carnivore diet for 90 days, and all of these pro-meat rants from weirdos like myself will suddenly make sense.

Man, you are obsessed. I'm a Bitcoin maxi but I'm vegan. I have several carnivore friends and some family. Some of them had cancer and heart problems, one of them died recently. All of them have bad look, baggy eyes, and they are certainly not stronger than me by any means, nor healthier.

The reason because I think you all carnivores got so obsesed about this is because a plant based diet with lot of cereals will make you certainly gain weight. The weight gain is certainly bad, but you must understand why: because it actually is a good food. You body tries to store fat from actual food, because that was historically an advantage for survival. If you don't get fat eating only meat it is because meat is not properly digested, and is not actually a very good food.

Just look at our most close species. They are all at least 99% vegan, and they are strong and healthy. Look at chimpance and gorillas and orangutans.

Just use logic. Don't attach to stupid ideologies. And that is bad also for the Bitcoin community, it is very bad to associate being a bitcoiner to being an obsessive compulsive diet moron.

People get fat when eating cereal because it puts your body into emergency response mode & has to clear excessive amounts of sugar from your blood in order to keep your brain functioning properly. The only way to do that quickly is to expend energy converting it to fat. This is why you get a sugar high & then crash shortly after. Those fats are poorly formed which causes them not to pass smoothly through membranes like they are supposed to, which produces arterial plaque.

Sugar & carbs rot your teeth, make you fat, cause heart diseaes, cause dibetes, & feed cancer & bacteria & parasites. In order to see cancer on scans they dye glucose & inject it into you because cancer cells love it.

No, the body doesn't enter into emergencry response mode, that is ridiculous. The brain functions on sugar only, and in fact, cannot process fat, it has to be converted into sugar. No cell in the body can feed on fat, it has to be converted into sugar all the time.

It is true that eating too much sugar very fast can produce high&crash, but that is due because the body didn't evolve into eating refined sugar, but fruit-like sugar, which doesn't produce any problem at all.

Cereals ussage is as old as fire ussage. All found archeological sites indicate all cultures in the world, including the american native, used cereals as the basis of their diet. And this is because cereals is the only appropiate substitute to fruits you can find outside of tropical zones, and we are **clearly** tropical vegan animals.

Sugar make you have cancer if you take a lot and it's refined. This is due to a very simple fact: we love sugar, our bodies love sugar. And it loves sugar because sugar is necesary and healthy in it's proper proportions, those found in natural food. So the industry took another level and tricked our bodies into become addicted to their product by refining sugars. This is such a drastic change that our bodies didn't have time to adapt, because hundreds of generations would have been needed for such a change.

Anyway, eating meat causes much more cancer and much more heart problems. I know this by close experience. But studies say the same.

Your brain can run on ketones made from fat & your liver can produce all the sugar you need from protien. Exogenous sugar almost always produces elevated bloodsugar levels that elicits an emergency hormone response. Your pancreas naturally produces homones that help you produce the sugar you need & break down stored fat. But when you consume sugar your body has to work to produce & store fat rather than break it down. You can't burn fat when you are making it. If you have become acclimated to using fat for energy then the transition from burning fat you have consumed to fat you have stored is fairly seamless, so energy levels are stable & it's easy to either lose weight or remain lean.

A lot of the sugar in fruit (fructose) can't even be used by your cells & has to be converted to either glucose or fat. Fructose, like alcohol, leads to cirrhosis of the liver.

In my experience, eating steak & eggs every day has improved my health & made it far easier to stay lean & strong. And vegans or fruitarians tend to be frail & unhealthy. Steve Jobs died of pancreatic cancer because of his fruitarian diet.

The form & bioavailability of nutrients in plant products is just dramatically inferior. There are no essential carbs, only essential fats & protiens.

seems seed oils fuck you up 10x what only sugar alone does. it's the perfect combo for metabolic disease

Japan have lowered their consumption of calories, lowered their consumption of sugar, but increased seed oil and since the 50-60s cancer , diabetes, etc is up only

nice video on this

There are two distinct communities of orca whales in my area. One eats only fish, the other eats only marine mammals.

There's another contributing factor that supercedes diet in importance: adequet sun and natural light exposure. You could eat a great diet, but fail on this and you could still experience negative health consequencees

I’d just like to throw in my own theory about this which has no evidence other than personal evidence to back it up, but, as someone with Rh negative blood type, I prefer a plant based diet. Maybe it’s for the same reason that my body rejects blood from non-rh-negative sources. But I def agree with you that it is weird that our species has several dietary subsets according to our belief systems / egos. Even weirder when you find out that eating meat was made widely popularized by the Catholic Church in the high Middle Ages as they were slaughtering the vegetarians as heretics. Haha. Anyway just more to ponder. Have a good one. 🤙

Have you ever tried the carnivore diet for a 30-day period? I've heard many accounts of people trying different sorts of diets based on blood type, but they found that when they just stuck out carnivore (or the lion diet: beef salt & water), once their gut microbiome adjusted, then ended up feeling the best on that. In general, I believe all humans are MUCH more alike than different biologically; we have a few differences in genetic predisposition here and there, but it's insignificant.

And yes, it's insane how much influence religious institutions have had on diet in general! My personal favorite is the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, they were quite...colorful with their methods! 👇

Yeah that’s a no go for me. I tried high-meat diets in my 20s to lose weight and gave myself gallstones. 🤣 my doc at the time said I could have my gallbladder removed or stop eating animal products and I said: I feel like that’s an easy choice. I healed up with plants and still have all my organs. I’m glad you found something that worked for you!

Gallstones & kidney stones are caused by oxalates which are in plant products, not in meat. There is supposedly some sort of "oxalate dumping" issue that people can have if they make a sudden change to an all meat diet.

I find the large-scale longevity studies of the people in Okinawa and Santorini to be quite fascinating.
