The "Bitcoin Moderates" are cheering the fact that the Bitcoin blockchain is getting bloated with nonsense jpegs, making it harder to run your own full, archival node. Still think these are benevolent people?

Surely this will die off soon. I’m not going to buy a Bitcoin NFT, so as long as the majority of BTC holders refuse to partake, it should become unprofitable and irrelevant.

pressure test the system. throw attacks worse than if all other adversaries colluded to attack:

-spam the chain

-create hostile environment where code repository sits

-infiltrate with nefarious devs and BIPs

-attack via litigation of devs

-have nation states ban it and have business leaders give sour faces at mentions of it

-coordinate VCs and hedge funds & special purpose entities to inject massive liquidity and subsequently purposefully drain all liquidity possible at exchanges

-pressure test liquidity at global central bank level

-build narratives about how its a step backward for civilization

all of the above has been nothing but long forgotten papercuts to an ever growing, ever evolving monster/deity known as Bitcoin.

Unlike google, apple, microsoft, facebook, this thing already has demonstrated it will last forever.

TICK TOCK, NEXT BLOCK

meanwhile, we are all spread across the world from many different walks of life, carefully paying attention of who is doing what and how they influence even behind closed doors (board room lists, entities in charge of governance, etc).

Lists of today's enemies to bitcoin are being made. No matter how high and mighty and how hidden they are, social media just made it easier to publicly watch these enemies (that are too stubborrn to repent & convert to fair, sound money) slow-motion fall into loserville

Those ppl providing tools that reinterpret data, will soon get in big legal trouble, one could also put with the same method they use porn in the Bibel, by just rearanging words, and interpret them as numbers of a jpeg, by the method they choose, they are the content generators, and will be hold accountable, not the bible or bitcoin authors.

It's a good thing we prioritized arbitrary data storage onchain by giving it a deeper fee discount than those pesky LN transactions. Dodged a bullet there!

Ordinal is an attack on Bitcoin fungibility where in the end the state will decide, which coins are good or "tainted". It is a made up accounting system, which technically enables tracing back Sats(ordinal) back to inception. Firs in first out basically a perfect dream for state actors to agree on this to foster KYC rules/regulations. Number go up plebs will obey and comply because of institutional money/mass adaptions.
