some benefits:

* no more fear of navigating away and losing your chat history with a support rep

* if you don't want to use the chat widget you can continue the convo on any kind-1 app like damus

* other people can help you, not just support reps, can help you (though whitelisted pubkeys can be highlighted as officially part of the support team)

* the knowledge base generated from support tickets is not lost and can be accessed anywhere in nostr

Will be great on business websites, but curious how many normies take the purple pill.

nostr enables things siloed platforms simply CANNOT do.

yup; I wanted to preserve the two columns navigation on https://nostri.chat but for mobile two columns just do not work

the chat widget is unaffected by it though; i.e. on https://psbt.io

OK things like this make me want to migrate to Tidal from Spotify. I've heard of the better audio quality - what are some other benefits of Tidal? How does Tidal handle user data ?
