I swear to all the gods, I must be on a blacklist somewhere. I've already completely doxxed myself to Stripe for my business because I have to. And now, just as I'm about to get my first actual payout to my bank account, they want me to upload my ID again. Or they're going to shut down my account and kick me off the platform, meaning I can't accept payments from anybody. Fuck Stripe. Fuck Fiat. Fuck this entire goddamn system.

Why use a 3rd party to accept bitcoin payments though? nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg is all you need.

I'm not using a third party for Bitcoin payments. I have my own pay server if people want to pay me in Bitcoin. I'm specifically griping about Stripe.

For fiat payments I had much better luck with square than Stripe if it fits your usecase.

Yeah, I think after this debacle I'm going to switch over to square. Unfortunately, just for ease of payment for my clients, I need to accept credit card payments still.

Really all I need access to is an API so I can get payments from my invoicing platform that I host.
