I swear to all the gods, I must be on a blacklist somewhere. I've already completely doxxed myself to Stripe for my business because I have to. And now, just as I'm about to get my first actual payout to my bank account, they want me to upload my ID again. Or they're going to shut down my account and kick me off the platform, meaning I can't accept payments from anybody. Fuck Stripe. Fuck Fiat. Fuck this entire goddamn system.

I have had big issues with fold and strike. Both of these companies have bad customer service. Why can't I earn sats to spend fiat and send sats but spend fiat. Fuck aml/kyc bs.
I don't think companies can tell you why you are being denied though. This just adds to the frustration.

I'm not using a third party for Bitcoin payments. I have my own pay server if people want to pay me in Bitcoin. I'm specifically griping about Stripe.

For fiat payments I had much better luck with square than Stripe if it fits your usecase.
We use small local credit unions over national banks and we haven't ever had any issues. Square has been actually great despite their occasional server downtime. You can accept lightning payments integrated into Square with Zues POS.
I'm gonna have to look into square, I think. I don't know why I went with stripe to begin with.
