Built this from a google sheet that I’d been using to guide transition of real estate equity to bitcoin holdings as pair assets. Pay down by rent/mortgage payments. Allows ape into bitcoin to be paid back long term in degrading fiat. Perfect play. The form is still getting tweaks for ease and clarity but conveys the gist.
Sounds like a great blend.
Leverage the highly financialised product that is real estate, allocate into Bitcoin, and see real purchasing power surge over a long time frame

Yeah it is hard. What’s a bot? What counts as a unique view?
I’ve also learnt that YT, Rumble etc all calc things differently
Whilst what also was interesting a few months back is iTunes updating the auto download on RSS, lots of podcasts were selling downloads that actually weren’t real
