The problem I'm referring to isn't with nostr:npub1v5ufyh4lkeslgxxcclg8f0hzazhaw7rsrhvfquxzm2fk64c72hps45n0v5, its the index they connect to for aggregating podcasts. And i still just haven't figured out why its such an awful search system or what is even happening. That's what makes it suck. Fountain has been great for me in every other regard, but the podcast index project has made it unusable for me because of one really stupid and fixable barrier that just isn't getting fixed.
Discussion
Who can build a better podcastindex.org?
Doesn't need to build something different, just fix whatever the indexing problem is with the one that's already there. I just don't know how unfortunately.

I’ve been frustrated with the search performance too.
It takes much longer to find the show name when entering it.
With Fountain you have to spell out almost the entire name vs. Apple Podcasts where it auto-populates much faster.

It’s an index and not a search engine. We don’t have the capital to do episode level search. It’s a purely V4V project.
