I hear the northwestern regions of the former Jewish Kaganate of Khazaria (modern Ukraine) have a declining population and a government pro-US, Jewish-led, and rather in need of fresh capital.

Well actually, that would be a neat and tidy ending.
Yes real estate should be very cheap there although renovations will be expensive and sadly all of the microchips will be missing from the refrigerators and washing machines.
All of Central and Eastern Europe is furiously re-arming whilst shedding what little industry hadn't already moved to China.
If I were a washing machine in Europe, I'd be very scared right now!
