If anyone has a tried and tested method for relieving sinus pressure/pain, that doesn’t involve squirting anything up my nose, I’d be most appreciative!
At this point I don’t care if it’s natural and wholesome, just that it works!

Nettipot?
cocaine
Steamy shower or humidifier to help loosen things up. An anti-inflammatory natural or over the counter to help with swelling. And sleep 🫂💜
boil water in a pot
inhale steam
fixed
also, sudafed pills are great for pressure release
Yes
And making meth
sudameth
now in stores
Just add drano, or something 🤷♀️
the what now
I don't know some sort of awful thing goes in with the sudafed to make it. Drain cleaner is awful 🤷♀️
i prefer bleach personally
Whatever works, just don't blow up the kitchen 🫂
Get the real stuff with pseudoephedrine. Its normally behind the counter in US pharmacies, but you can buy it OTC, just have to ask for it and provide ID so they can pretend its going to stop others from making meth with it.
I know you said no squirting. Tbh I love my netti pot though, it helps a lot. Its more like warm gentle pouring than squirting...
Agree the real stuff was helpful. Also behind the counter now in Australia 🫤
Tried the netti pot stuff. It either doesn’t help me or it makes things worse (even the gentlest of pouring)
It’s mainly my upper sinuses and ones near my ears that are the issue.
Ear candling can help occasionally.
Applying hard thumb pressure to the point between my eyes definately worked for my blocked sinuses. So you might want to try some of these.

Ginger and/or cinnnamon tea might not be a bad idea too
Neti pot will clear whatever blockages you have. Use luke warm salty water and ensure you dry the nasal cavities afterwards by breathing deeply through your nose.
It's a very pleasant sensation once you get used to it.
Steam inhalation also is pretty effective. I used to suffer from sinusitis for years and have tried everything.
