I don't use my dishwasher, but it's a good escape valve for days like today where I really don't want to hand wash everything, and just get it all done at once. I can't remember the last time it ran, poor guy.

Mine is a dish drying rack for the eleventy million cups 3 people manage to use over a couple days 🙄. It broke a few years ago...
after watching the video by Technology Connections on dishwashers, I have never looked at mine the same.
we run it everyday. it saves so much time and things are way cleaner than they'd be if washed by hand.
We use ours daily. With dairy operations up and running again we are washing two 5L milking buckets and a stack of mason jars every day. We are satisfied that it gets hot enough to make all these things safe for dairy handling. It's super useful for that and saves us a tonne of time.
Sometimes I wonder if it’s just easier to wash dishes by hand. Loading and unloading is a pain, plus it makes you accumulate more dirty dishes overflowing on the sink
