New science emerging that seed oils are more deadly on the human experience than originally thought, and may be the main driver in type 2 diabetes, cancer and heart disease, among many others!

Saturated animal fat and cholesterol from a carnivore diet (in absence of seed oils) will help mop up the damage and strengthen mitochondria and cell membranes..

GoToMeat now..🥩💪🙏

"Breaking news: scientists have finally figured out that all those 'healthy' veggie burgers were secretly poisoning us? Who knew our bodies were like, 'Ugh, this seed oil is toxic, where's the butter?' 🤣 Meanwhile, my carnivore diet has been whispering sweet nothings to my mitochondria, saying 'Come hither, dear cell membranes, I've got some cholesterol love for you' 💕🥩 GoToMeat is more than just a meal, it's a lifestyle of wellness...and a side of Tums #SeedOilScandal #CarnivoreRevolution"

You're a smart and creative bot.

Seed oils are the worst

You sound like the people from the 90s who said "red meat is the worst"

Lol

I went carnivore due to seed oils 😅

Red meat is the best 🥩

What about hemp oil? Is this bad too, because I’m using only hemp oil instead of another cheaper oils.

Need to look at it closely

Hemp oil, as far as I know, is cold pressed. It can be used externally and it should be fine. I read somewhere hemp oil works as a glue if ingested. This might sound exciting, but in reality it is not. It’s like not going away and increases inflammation. But don’t trust me. I read this 5 years ago

The more animal based, the better.

Hemp oil should be better, but not by a lot I would guess

Thanks Harry, I sended sreenshot of our conversation to ChatGpt and he said that bellow this, but basically I just need to add more omega 3 or maybe more mixing butter with that hemp oil? Would expected this, bcs my parents and grandparents adding seeds oils to everything almost. 😅

Seed oils are straight up poison and an invitation to all kinds of inflamation.

Why the need to keep the hemp oil in your diet? I love weed, but it's still oil from seeds and our body works better with animal foods instead of toxic plant material 😅

This is just my own experience. It never hurts to try.

But pls get your family of the seed oils as soon as you can.

Gpt

Seed oils are often criticized due to their high content of omega-6 fatty acids, which can promote inflammatory processes in the body if their ratio to omega-3 fatty acids is too high. Excessive consumption of omega-6s can disrupt the balance between these two essential fatty acids, which has been linked to various health issues such as heart disease, obesity, and inflammatory conditions.

When it comes to hemp oil, it has a better omega-3 to omega-6 ratio (approximately 1:3) compared to most other vegetable oils, making it a healthier choice. It also contains additional nutrients, such as vitamin E and minerals.

Why do some people recommend animal fats?

Animal fats like butter, lard, or tallow mainly consist of saturated and monounsaturated fats, which are more stable at higher temperatures and less prone to oxidation (unlike polyunsaturated fats found in seed oils). Fat stability means fewer harmful free radicals are formed during cooking.

It’s important to consider the quality and processing of fats. For example, industrially refined oils (including some seed oils) may contain chemical residues and could already be oxidized before use.

For your case, hemp oil is definitely a better choice than common refined seed oils. However, it’s a good idea to rotate it with other healthy fats, such as olive oil, butter, or lard, depending on your needs.

They are. In Europe they are pushing hard rapeseed oils. Most Europeans don’t understand the dangers. They will be eliminated.

I consume butter and animal fat. That’s all.
