Trying to setup a new jade wallet with a friend.
They got the seed, but when connecting to the iphone via Bluetooth it’s stuck spinning at “logging in” on green wallet.
I tried connected it to my phone and same issue.
Any suggestions?

Don't have iPhone. It does this on mine if the jade isn't unlocked with pin before connecting. It doesn't seem to prompt for pin in all cases.
Did it pair from the Green app?
It has taken several tries for me. Try removing the Jade from the Bluetooth device list and from Green wallet.
Actually I think to remove the device from Green, I had to uninstall Green and reinstall. I dunno. It's flakey. I think it is cool they made a wallet on the m5 platform, but the Bluetooth is just not super reliable.
Same issues. Have to disconnect everything, forget Bluetooth, and start again. I thought they fixed this but I guess not.
The green support team has been very helpful with my similar inquiries in the past. Perhaps you give it a try.
I also had issues connecting to Green with my Jade so I switched to Nunchuck. Nunchuck has worked great and I can highly recommend it on Android! Also, for security reasons, it can be good to use software that isn't made by the hardware manufacturer.
Throw it away and buy a coldcard
