Mined bitcoin has no history so is arguably more private than monero?

Bitcoin is pseudonymous, it can only stay private as long you don't link any information to it.

Once you intend to use that Bitcoin, spending, or selling then any other Bitcoin from that point forth used in the same wallet can be traced.

And even Bitcoin that's mined could hypothetically be traced, see what pool it came from, or if solo mined, and how much is in that wallet.

Monero is better in this regard since it's harder to trace since that information is obfuscated, or anonymized.

Could be traced to the mining pool, and the moment you spend it can be linked.

Just make sure to never spend otherwise you will lose that perfect privacy instantly.

Nonsense.

Anyway, there is no such thing as perfect privacy. Everything has trade offs. Bitcoin can be used privately enough if you know what you’re doing. The trade offs monero makes, for a marginal gain in privacy, is not worth it in my opinion.

Sorry ser I was being sarcastic.

I love Bitcoin but Bitcoin privacy is hurting hard at the moment. If you are interested to understand more I ask you to have a listen to these two podcasts in order.

There is no such thing as perfect anything.

A transparent blockchain can't be used privately. Anonymously if you know what you're doing, sure.

It's not a "marginal" privacy gain - amounts and addresses are not visible on it's blockchain. That's pretty damn substantial...
