Just started working on that. My job leaves me sitting a lot so I've got to counter that by being active and working out as much as possible.

Same here. I started doing 10-20 minutes of strength/cardio almost every day about a year ago. I was forced to take a 2 month break about 6 months ago while my abdomen recovered from an open appendectomy. As I was recovering, I was thankful that I had a foundation to build back from.
