Summer is vegetable season. I know it’s not a big juicy #steakstr but I enjoy them.
Early Girl Tomato Salad
~ armenian and lemon cucumber, goat gouda, smoked walnuts, castelvetrano olives, basil, mint, parsley and oregano with lemonette.

They are delicious and firm, less juicy but great texture and flavor. I believe they are also called serpent cucumber because the cucumbers are long.
Yeah looks like they are from the hotter parts of Asia might struggle here but its always fun to find out!
