Ingredient selection and flavor pairing is why some people are called "Chef".

Never heard of Armenian cucumber might have to see if I can grow them here...

They are delicious and firm, less juicy but great texture and flavor. I believe they are also called serpent cucumber because the cucumbers are long.

Yeah looks like they are from the hotter parts of Asia might struggle here but its always fun to find out!
