Ushio ramen near Awajicho has one of my favorite tori paitan style ramen which comes with the signature pork wrapped asparagus stick and fried onion bits. I’m not shy about toppings so I also added chashu, duck, and extra negi on this one. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.
