Ushio ramen near Awajicho has one of my favorite tori paitan style ramen which comes with the signature pork wrapped asparagus stick and fried onion bits. I’m not shy about toppings so I also added chashu, duck, and extra negi on this one. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Ha ha. All are ramen I have eaten, and they are my photos, but they were eaten over the last few years. I will throw in a new picture when I do eat ramen but I’m definitely not going every day.

Well nobody would call me skinny, but in my defense, it was a long, hot summer and I didn’t leave the air con much. I did formerly run marathons, and I think it’s time for me to get back out there. The first two weeks are always the hardest.
