I’ve done it. It helps to have the body already fat-adapted with prior fasts or intermittent fasts, so that it’s in a good metabolic state to exercise while fasting.

When people first start fasting/keto or otherwise adapting the body to burn fat over sugar, it can go through a sickly period until it’s adapted.

I also pay attention to electrolytes.
