Decent means good enough for most of my crew, they're more concerned with exclusivity and UX than double-ratchet secure messaging protocols. A lot of them have podcasts and are only pseudo anonymous, having been doxxed more than once. If anything, getting constantly banned is more of a concern for them than super tight privacy, since they are using the bird platform after all. They're also a bit wary of the whole Bitcoin connection, since the particular sub culture they participate in is full of $hitcoiners and other crypto grifters.
