Have you ever done an extended fast?

Feels AMAZING, right? Super sharp, focused, better sleep, random aches, pains, go away, etc. For many, fasting is the first time they feel hormonally healthy in as long as they can remember.

Now what if I told you...this amazing feeling is called "ketosis", i.e. your body transitioning from a carb-fueled state to a fat-fueled state?

And you can feel this amazing ALL THE TIME by just not consuming those carbs (poison) in in the first place?

Feeling awesome shouldn't be a temporary thing that requires you to starve yourself. You just need to eliminate the stuff that's blocking you from reaching that ketosis clarity, as the human body is designed to!

Try #carnivore for 90 days so you can see for yourself - you can feel amazing ALL of the time.

My body now craves fasting. I do it once a month and do intermittent fasting inbetween my extended fasts.

I shoot for once a week! Break the fast with a buncha beef and you’re golden
