I'm trying to do some UTXO consolidation and moving coins from a Coldcard Mk3 (with latest firmware) to a Coldcard Q. I keep receiving this error and can't sign the transaction. Anyone have any links to follow or tips for how to troubleshoot? nostr:npub1az9xj85cmxv8e9j9y80lvqp97crsqdu2fpu3srwthd99qfu9qsgstam8y8 @`BTC Sessions

That is where I am moving to bruther!

YOU CAN ACCESS THE MK3 FROM SPARROW. JUST GO THROUGH THE IMPORT WALLET FLOW IN SW.

Thank you! Got it sorted. Even a caveman can do it

Stay humble,

Stack sats,

Use sparrow.

And yes... My wallet is connected and "ready to sign." BTW Wasabi wallet interface sucks. You can't even do UTXO selection. Definitely moving on from there.

Why didn’t you keep the same private key?

Because I want to move from the software wallet of Wasabi to Sparrow wallet. Maybe I'm just a tech idiot, but the hardware and software world gets fuzzy for me when private keys are involved. I was just going to send Wasabi UTXOs to Sparrow, wallet to wallet.

If the private key is in the MK3 or any hardware device you don’t need to send from wasabi to sparrow cause the UTXOs are not held by wasabi or any other software wallet. In your case sparrow and wasabi are just interfaces so you can see and manage your UTXOs. In any case, you can have the same private key you have in your mk3 in the Q and save yourself all these hassle. Thanks, got it sorted. This pointed me in the right direction. I think it was a wallet interface thing. Sparrow has no issue with it

Not sure, might want to go in wasabi TG. Maybe make sure that XFP match
