what if nostr address was a layer above your physical post address, so you wouldn’t have to dox where you live, when sending and receiving items with shipping

HD keychain...

what’s that? 🤔

One key that generates many many more keys. Reduces the attack surface for getting hold of the main master key.

I want to see a nostr client that generates a new key for every new thread, always anonymous. Like 4chan but nostr.

There are PO boxes in the meat space for this.

I'm not seeing a way how to cross the cyber and meat space here without doxxing your address at least to some centralized middle men service (PO box) in the process.

Intriguing problem, though.

looked into mail forwarding, apparently it’s a service. gonna take a bit longer of course, but they’d still know the country you live in.

Yes, I believe it's illegal to provide this in the US without KYCing yourself with the provider.

It protects from the sender knowing your address at least.

It would be cool to have a temporary rental of these delivery boxes (Amazon boxes) style. As soon as the postman puts the package in one of the boxes, you get a notification with the unlock code.

But it's a silk road territory providing this as a service 🤕

Meat. As in Meat Space. 🥩
