My Alby Hub is down and I'm on their cloud. Two other people have reported the same.
I seem to be having some issues with receiving zaps and/or my nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm wallet connection. Would someone test zap this note? Also any other rec for troubleshooting. Also using nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch for sending zaps on #nostr

I'm not sure. I'd say several hours now. I've not been able to resolve it. Idk what your set up is but you can always nwc another wallet. I've not done that but if this issue persists without any notice from Alby, I might start using coinos or some other alternative.

mine was acting up this morning and restarting it fixed it.

I’ve never restarted alby. So sorry for the ignorant question when I ask, how do I do that?

Just select it on your node, click the restart button and then log back into AlbyHub.

Just tried the reset, but no luck. I noticed that my channels are a bit unbalanced as well. Could that be an issue for receiving?
That shouldn't matter unless all the sats are on your side of the channel. I had to restart mine again this morning because it wasn't working while listening to B4TS.
Even if you run your own node it still has to connect to an Alby Nostr relay to work which is what I think the issue is.
What’s weird is that I was able to send sats to my alby via invoice so maybe I’m misunderstanding how it all works here but…
