I'm not sure. I'd say several hours now. I've not been able to resolve it. Idk what your set up is but you can always nwc another wallet. I've not done that but if this issue persists without any notice from Alby, I might start using coinos or some other alternative.

Yeah I reconnected nostr:npub1h2qfjpnxau9k7ja9qkf50043xfpfy8j5v60xsqryef64y44puwnq28w8ch now for recording zaps for the meantime.

mine was acting up this morning and restarting it fixed it.

I’ve never restarted alby. So sorry for the ignorant question when I ask, how do I do that?

Just select it on your node, click the restart button and then log back into AlbyHub.

Just tried the reset, but no luck. I noticed that my channels are a bit unbalanced as well. Could that be an issue for receiving?

That shouldn't matter unless all the sats are on your side of the channel. I had to restart mine again this morning because it wasn't working while listening to B4TS.

Even if you run your own node it still has to connect to an Alby Nostr relay to work which is what I think the issue is.

What’s weird is that I was able to send sats to my alby via invoice so maybe I’m misunderstanding how it all works here but…
