GM!!! Calisthenics is the way to go. Not sure your preference but I prefer gymnastic rings, they are easier on your shoulder joints.

I'm more into a variety of push ups (regular, elevated, inclined), Russian twists, planks...
I prefer the gym but i got good results mixing body weight work outs and gym work outs

Fuckin Russians always have the best workout stuff.
In hockey, they revolutionized the entire game in the 70’s via a ballet style play on the ice & obscure off-ice workouts that built sport specific strength/flexibility. They were a machine nobody could touch.
They know their shit.
I agree don't go to the gym, just buy your own ring set and find a willing tree. Need to balance push vs pull days!
