Completion of the basement.
HVAC lines are getting moved to tear out the floor for stairs,
we are cutting into the slab for downstairs plumbing lines,
walls have been mapped out on the floor.

What kind of flooring you going with?
I've been dreaming of laying a water heated floor in the basement with miners providing the heat. Bonus would be to switch the heated water to something like a pool in the summer. Though tbh we can use the heat 9 mo of the year.
