Cool thank you. Wife and I just got a small propane heated fire pizza oven and have been meaning to try a sourdough crust

I think it is worth it. The dough kinda becomes the star.

Pizza crust is the core. Pizza lives or dies on the crust imo. A good sauce matters but without a crust what’s the point? Might as well get dominos “pizza bowls” and pour it on top of wonder bread.
