Saw the 2024 prius driving around, caught my eye.

They have an AWD model 👀 it's pretty slick
Looks a bit lacking in design though.
It's a Prius. Lol I don't think design (if you mean aesthetics) has ever been their selling point. The design in things that matter for reliability and cost seem to be spot on. And to be fair, it did catch your eye.
Nah. They could have made it look better for slightly higher cost. But… it’s Toyota, I kind of expect that they’ll do a crappy job.
You could say that for anything, but the line has to be drawn somewhere, especially in something like the vehicle market where margins are already razor thin. This looks quite nice to me though for a Prius. Again, looks wouldn't be the scale tipper for me if I was buying a Prius. I just don't care and the people I know who drive a Prius don't either. Slightly higher cost matters a lot when the margins are so slim.
Prius seems to be a US thing - here in Japan they are not that big of a deal. I know Hollywood in particular used to shill it a lot.
Poor design is poor design. I guess if normies are fine with it, so be it.
Glad I’m not working on that. Would have to work within those limits
But in fairness, I buy vehicles based on design choices related to the engine, transmission, and other engineering designs that may matter less to you. The body design is literally the last thing on my list and really only comes into play if two vehicles meet my standards in the aforementioned areas. Storage compartments even come before the body. Some brands and model lines cater to my type better I think.
They are experts at that. This thing of swapping cars every less than 10-15 years is part of the Fiat world.
there was one at the gym the other day, thought it was a Tesla
looks like Tesla, maybe that was the intent in design
Might want to check out an older model, unfortunately the newer models are unideal.
Fake and gay😄
