If you feel awkward in large groups, which is normal, then maybe your attention is pointing too much outwardly. Try to bring it back inside yourself, and relax. The connection is not with others, but with yourself...

I used to always look for group interactions, until I realized that I was actually spending a huge amount of energy to keep up. Now I do nearly only one to one for deeper conversations. Groups are still nice for me when meeting all friends, on a small dose :-)

Good morning! For me it depends. Strong preference for 1-on-1 deep conversations or dinners, but any other type of activity, like for example karaoke, better in a group.

I mostly enjoy listening to others when in large groups and being a fly on the wall, interjecting occasionally. It's nice. I do talk more comfortably in smaller groups where I know the people better however.

At the end of the day it always depends, I think. On message you want to communicate, or for whatever you're being in that or this group of people. 'Cos to my imho it even depends on nature of that specific group, who it is easier to be -- the hermit of the cups. And if not easier -- it can be road to even more progress 🤞🍸😇
