How are you measuring body fat? There's a fair amount of variation in methods. Are you getting DEXA scans or doing a displacement method? Or one of the at-home estimators?
I use the InBody scanners at the gym. Heave heard they are pretty accurate.
Weโre so protein deficient! I learned this when I used a Renaissance periodization diet template. Further reinforced when I read Layne Nortonโs โFat Loss Forever.โ I also thought this Peter Attia podcast on protein was amazing.

The good thing is that after couple months you learn to estimate macros in any food even without app.
And then looking at that sugary garbage starts triggering a sense of throwing up ๐
