Last I checked I was also at 16%. What does your macro makeup look like? Hereโ€™s mine:

How are you measuring body fat? There's a fair amount of variation in methods. Are you getting DEXA scans or doing a displacement method? Or one of the at-home estimators?

I use the InBody scanners at the gym. Heave heard they are pretty accurate.

Weโ€™re so protein deficient! I learned this when I used a Renaissance periodization diet template. Further reinforced when I read Layne Nortonโ€™s โ€œFat Loss Forever.โ€ I also thought this Peter Attia podcast on protein was amazing.

Don't loose much fat, it has a much higher energy density than ion-lithium batteries.

The good thing is that after couple months you learn to estimate macros in any food even without app.

And then looking at that sugary garbage starts triggering a sense of throwing up ๐Ÿ˜…
