Bird, I saw a beak.
That’s a hummingbird but the refresh rate on the camera is making the wings seem like they are moving slowly. You get the same effect when you try to video record a helicopter taking off. It ends up looking like it’s just levitating.
My vote is hummingbird.

It wasn’t moving hummingbird fast, but did have a hummingbird beak, maybe not as long. I was underneath and couldn’t get any better angle.
