I think there could be a couple of reasons why scrolling on nostr “ends” – 1. there’s not enough people (yet) to post enough notes and 2. you might not be following enough people
I'm mildly hesitant to follow too liberally as I want to avoid following bots and scammers.
Sure, there's fewer in total than on Xitter.

I don't think I ever will. My follows are my filter. I'd rather like some more content they engage with, like through reactions.
So the feed that also shows peoples replies? Primal, yakihonne, amethyst all have that. Or are you already using that and do you just want them to be more active?
Anyway, saying you never will is silly, thats like saying you will only go to twitter dot com and never visit another website like a forum or whatever. 🤷♂️
Amethyst shows me my follows' posts, re-posts and replies but not reactions 👍👎.
