As far as I would like to pay with BTC. The potential gain from treating it as store of value for now is greater than using it for coffees and food. I prefer to spend my weak fiat money than hard money like gold/BTC.

Spending and replacing is less of an option for those trying to accumulate no-KYC bitcoin. It increases the friction and risks to privacy.
