Yeah, pork shoulder

cooking it on a lower temp say 220* for 4.5hr. Maybe longer giving the weight. Will melt the cartilage and soften the connective tissues to make the pork buttery’s and succulent. Good luck

Also searing the out side of the meat with heavy coat of seasoning your choice. Will lock in moisture and preserve flavor. <3
