Expanded my worm farm by 132gallons today.

Almost at 400gallons.

At 1000gallons I start selling worms for Bitcoin.

At 2000gallons I start selling worms castings for Bitcoin.

I just picked up a bathtub on the side of the road. Would much prefer to pay sats for the worms to seed it. Looking forward to your progress!

Let's do a test shipment soon then πŸ™ƒ

What are you using as bedding?

Was planning on cardboard to start, that's what I have experience with.

Less can go wrong with cardboard but the end product isn't the same as using a more biological approach, either way very good!

How many worms do you think you'd want to start with?

I guess a pound? That's probably the most common order, right? I won't be ready until June. Gotta get through spring and then I'll have time to get everything set up.

Yeah man that sounds good to me 🀟

Agree on the cardboard. Just don't want the seed batch to die due to trying something I'm unfamiliar with. Will definitely be adding all sort of biomass from around the homestead once it's established.

Dang! That’s a lot of worms!! Keep posting, I’m very interested in this!

Will do broski!

Hope I inspire more worm farmers πŸ™ƒ

That’s free sats right there. I provide locally as well. I get the random drop in every few weeks or so. πŸ‘πŸ»

Exactly, should be a non stressful income stream that is more of a community resource than anything else.

In my experience, worm people are the best conversationalists.

Awesome! We're hopefully starting our worm farm this week. We can't find anyone locally selling castings or compost, thinking of offering both locally.
