Curious to know how this comes out. With my ribeyes I generally salt it 24 hours before in the fridge. Next day, let it sit out for at least 2 hours minimum before searing in a hot skillet.

The best! I remember the first time I cooked steak with my dad this way. He assigned me to steak cooking duty for the rest of his life!

I fork the shit out of it and marinate in red wine, and garlic.
