Uruguay is a good candidate to move to. If I'm not confusing it with Paraguay... Entirely possible. Living near ranchers is a good strategy for quality of life.

and yes

i'm very inclined to see this as a good razor for whether a place is good to move to... no beef, no good food

it was simply what was in the freezer... giant 9 pound slab, not sure, i think picanha cut, over the rump at the top in front of the tatil
